Nova Giełda sp. z o.o. without the knowledge and consent of The Non-Ferrous Metal Rolling Mill "Swans" S.A. used the Company's company to designate the financial instrument in an unauthorized manner suggesting their legal and economic relationship of the Company with the offered financial instruments.
The Management Board of The Non-Ferrous Metal Mill "Łabędy" S.A. declares that the Company has no connection with the options offered by Nova Giełda Sp. z o.o. and is not responsible for the consequences caused by their placing on the market. We would also like to inform you that Nova Giełda Sp. z o.o. is on the List of Public Warnings of the Financial Supervision Commission.
The Management Board of The Non-Ferrous Metal Mill "Łabędy" S.A. also informs that it will immediately take legal action to protect the company's interest.
